Help- Engine code 44 and 67

Help- Engine code 44 and 67
Got a check engine light on my way to work. The computer is flashing two codes 44 and 67. What do they mean? BTW, about a day ago the cat “top heat shield” stated to come off and I have an appointment to have it welded back on. Are they related?
