Default Header torque spec?

Anybody know the torque spec for the bolts that hold the header to the motor I could not find them in the repair manual. Thanks.

Default Re: Header torque spec? (R264)

31Nm be the spec to bolt the header to the cylinder head...and replace the self locking nuts.

...and in case you're curious...

24Nm to hold the heat shields on.
22Nm to connect it to the cat
16Nm to fasten it to the lower header bracket.

ref: Sec 9 of Helms manual.
