I'd only really consider getting one (even the JDM one) if it was a VG deal and I was currently running a Stock USDM header.

There are others out there, with better gains for less or similar $$$ spent.

A header is something to invest in and research well.

On the other hand ... I just got the Mugen intake, because it seems to be the best.

I think the question you have to answer is, are your pockets large enough to shell out the $$$(a grand). Mugen, Toda, hytech, SMSP will all perform well as seen in the great header test. I think best bang for the buck would be the ITR JDM 4-1(just my .0002 cents)

In regards to intakes, Mugen is one of the best to get for the DC2.

In regards to headers, Mugen is up there, but not the clear standout performer.

As others have stated, it depends how deep your pockets are

well theres a shop around my parts who sells a mugen copy for cheap so i was gonna get that.. so i was wondering if it was worth it
