Default got a problem...HELP

hey guys.i need some help.i was driving on the highway today and there was traffic.all of a sudden i looked at the water temp gauge and it was going up.it kept on going up until i sped up then it went normal.it keeps doing that.i went to get it check but the mechanic doesnt even kno.and its not the fuse.any suggestions???DONT WANT THE R TO OVER HEAT!

i meant its not the fuse** because the fan isnt spinning and the anti-freeze is full too.

maybe your thermostat, and didn't you mean the fan IS spinning.

i mean the fan doesnt spin at all.it use to spin when when the engine gets hott.now it doesnt spin.should i replace my thermostat?

did u check the fuse under the hood near the battery? Maybe the fan itself is stuck or bad fan relay? have you mechanic check the wiring near the fan plug. make sure he test for positive and ground when the engine warmed up.

mine has been doing the EXACT same thing... changed the thermostat, coolant+ water wetter... and still does it at a stand still.. pretty much narrowed it down to the fan not coming on... ill be dealing with that issue tomorrow on my day off

Change the fan switch or put a switch that reacts to a less temperature like the mugen thermostat switch.
