Default fuel problem

sorry sorry yes i know i do not belong here but i always prefered help from ITR owners seeing as ITR owners are more mature and have better knowledge because i know the reputation of an itr and that it is important that since its not just any integra it deserves the best maintenence from the most knowledgable drivers/mechanics. so please dont flame me.

anyways here is my problem.

today i went to 2 diff junk yards and got 3 different main relays all from civics.

tried all 3 and car didnt prime still.

took my friends 95 integra main relay and tried it and still doesnt prime.

took my brothers main relay off his 00 hatch and still doesnt prime.

used my ecu on my friends integra and his car started fine.

used my main relay on his integra and IT STARTED fine.

so my question is, would it be a wiring problem somewhere>?

my ecu is fine.
main relay is fine.
i get a solid cel when i try to find what code its throwing
and when i put it on ACCII [before actually starting car] it doesnt make anynoise, its just dead quiet but my radio and everything else will turn on.

what could it be?

btw. b16a w/ marbrl fuel pump [ came with shell ]. 93 civic coupe. everything besides the fuel pump is 100% stock under the hood.

Did you check your fuses? Under driver side dash or under hood passenger side?

It is multimeter time!

If you have a break in the wire, you'll find the problem this way. Continuity test FTW!

Refer to a Helms manual for a good wire diagram.

I would first check your fuel pump and ECU fuses . . . then i would further check for faulty wiring . . .

i am not so good with electrical stuff and i dont have anything to test any of the currents or w.e.. the person who does all of this is my younger brother but he is getting ready to leave to the navy so he hasnt had anytime to help me with my problem.

he told me most likely its my wiring/blown fuse/ceased fuel pump.
