foglight switch

I am in search of a stock looking foglight switch that I can install in the center console of a 98 Integra. Any suggestions and or pictures.

I have the JDM ones. They go where the cruise button is on lesser Integras.

$100+ is a lot for a foglight switch, no matter how cool it looks (No offense to the JDM guys). anyone have pics of the US one they put in from the factory?
