Hey has anyone extrude honed there head and/or intake manifold. Do you think that it is worth it, or do you think that just porting and polishing will do the trick??

somebody did and got 2 whp.

And the cost is $390 for a manifold and I think $800 for the head, $1100 for the extrude hone or a good head job?
