i was driving and light turn on when i went over a speed bump, after that i notice the light, what could it be?

There's a Check Engine Light, Theres a Maintenance Reminder light?
Are you sure it's the CEL?
If so read the codes and find out what it is. I think Autozone offers a service like this if you can't read them yourself.
