What are the numbers underneath the code and how can you tell what year the motor is?

From what I've read, the first number is the year of the engine after the generation of the vehicle and the second number is the generation of the vehicle. The rest of the numbers are irrelevant. i.e. "7301324", "7" is 7 years after the generation of the vehicle which makes the engine year 2001 (1994 + 7 years = 2001). The "3" is the generation of the vehicle. So, 2001 ITR is the 3rd generation of Integras.
