I've been looking too. Found one on http://www.nopi.com for $86 and change. Not sure if this is a good price because I haven't found any sites to compare to, but they will probably have them in stock.

Got mine for my old GSR - now on my Type-R from Options for $80 bux a year ago. See: http://www.rtekimports.com and look for project cars and the '01R.
