Uhm, until Dustin returns and gives everyone an explanation to why he seems like he's disappeared I'd stay away from sending them any money. They have tons and tons of customers right now that have orders dating back 7-8 months ago...

Dear Customers,

I regret to inform you guys that I have sold composites fab due to a customer in england defrauded our company for a 5 digit amount and nearly put us out of business because of it. I had to take out a large loan to float me for a little while and I put the business up for sale on Tuesday. I sold the business yesterday and the agreement was that I can not have any open orders. I have to clear out all the orders before I can sell the company. With my loan money I will be refunding all of you that were on the ITR extension pre-sale and the new owners will contact you when they take over to see if you would still like the extension. I believe they will discount it even more for the troubles. I am very very sorry about this but no one could plan for the misfortune that happened to our company. Luckly for you guys we are an honest company and will refund everyone. Refunds will be sent Via a bank money order and sent prority mail with a tracking number. They will start sending next friday because that is when I get my loan funds. Again I hope you understand and I am doing everything I can not to have to close my doors!


Please email me back just to confirm that you did get this email. If you ordered stuff other then the ITR extensions I will be shipping that product to you in the next couple days


I'm still waiting on the refund. I got a comfirmation saying my refund was sent. I asked when they would be available for purchase from the new owner and never got a response. It's def disapointing. I've been waiting for 4 months and now nothing.

I didnt get that email from them...

I just don't trust anyone anymore except for my close friends who own shops.

Why do you want an email address for a business that went under? Like they'll write you back.

no offense to people overseas but this is the soul reason i do not sell to other countries. they fraud to much especially on ebay.

Good luck refunding people and getting the new owners to start up

I haven't heard anything in a while and still no money order. So what I did was call my credit card company up and contest the charges, i'll let them deal with it.

I was waiting on a custom wing from them for over a year and even though they did return my model vis racing wing back to me, they definately were sorta hard to reach at times and say some things that are not entirely acurate. But I guess they were really buisy is what I was hearing.

I hope their business does well, but I don't really support any more.

Yeah well I've had bad expieriences with shops from canada and the us. And multiple people tried to pull scams on me from outside the us place like the phillipines etc.

Bad shops are all around it's just that the ones outside the us you really can't do shit about

I just got my money order. DHL appologized because it got lost at their office, they said they had it for about a week. Maybe Dustin will come through after all.

Seen it from people that had to shut down cause of it. Sucks but this is why I don't do it either. Wow!!! That is NUCKING FUTS!!! Sucks to see another small business go under. They were really starting something here, with personal integration with customers to the making of anything we wanted like the wing extensions. Hopefully the new company are just as good or ever better.

I received my refund check today as promised by Dustin. Let's try not to jump the gun, it seems he is doing his best to take care of business in this situation.

I never even had an ebay account... most stuff I want comes from the states and I only buy / sell on here... from people with vouches...

The email that somebody showed you in this thread mirrors an AIM conversation I had with him when he ran afoul of an OG member who sent him some money.

There's no way he could recover enough anytime soon.

He does seem to be refunding people, although not as quickly as people would like.

emailed dustin last night about getting my wing extension back. he replied and everything seems to be going smoothly.

i'll keep everybody updated.

just emailed him. he has my j's fender flares.

hopefully i get em back as well. with the carbon copies =P

You are in Europe correct? So it should take your check a bit longer than most. Mine was about two weeks through DHL (tracking it the majority of the time with the number Dustin gave me.)

I encourage everyone to give Dustin a little more faith, this isn't an easy process for us or him.
