There are 2 blue wires in the back of the cluster. which one is for the tach and which one for the SRS? one goes to a big blue connector the other to a small 4 wire connector. the book doesn't say which is which. Thanks for your help.

small 4 wire (yellow plug I believe) is the SRS plug.

 

I think it's pretty straight forward.. meaning if the wires are still attached to the car, you can't put the big blue wires to one or the other..
(unless you really try to do that)
and I believe they are 'idiot' proof also, meaning the connector won't fit one or the other.. Good luck

 

I know they are idiot proof.... I was taping into one and didn't want to tap into the SRS blue wire. But thanks for the help
