Default Check Engine Light Code 45?

I am getting a CEL code 45, which is fuel system too rich or fuel system too lean. Has anyone else ever had this code and what was the problem for you? From the looks of the plugs I would say it's not too rich. So I'm pretty sure it's too lean. Everything on the car is stock except for the following components, Holley 255lph fuel pump, AEM CAI, JDM DC header, Carsound cat and Mugen exhaust. I've cheked all the possible causes in my Helm's service manual and I'm ruling out the fuel pump, fuel feed line, and fuel filter because I have good fuel pressure. My gas is Amoco 93 octane which should be more than good enough to meet Owner's manual specs, at least it has for the past 3 years and I have alsoo checked my valve clearance which is right on the money. My primary O2 sensor is brand new so that's definitely not deteriorated. That only leaves me with two things left according to the Helm's manual, either any exhaust leak, which I also haven't been able to find, all my exhaust components are basically brand new so I know there's not a leak and then there's the fuel injectors, which could be clogged. That's the only thing I haven't been able to check. The injectors where out of the car for about a year, they were packaged in a box and I was assuming they would be fine to just throw back in. Is it possible that my injectors got dust or something in them that might be causing them to not operate properly? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

with that 255lph pump unless you are tuned it could make you run rich very easily. correct me if i'm wrong though, please.

I checked my valve clearance and it's right on the money. And as far as the 255lph fuel pump, I've been running it for over 2 years now without any problem. I'm sure the car is running lean anyway, not rich. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
