Hi all,
im looking into a jdm front and ive done searches but im just interested in knowing what some of you jdmfront owners paid for your conversion including any little stupid stuff you may have had to purchase afterwards.. The most im interested in paying is 12 maybe 1300.. also i paid $450 for my ITR backseats + CTR wheel not including the hub i had to purchase.. was that a good price im regreting if after the fact.. your input is greatly appreciated..

first it starts with the front-end for $1300 and then the install for at least $500 if you don't know anyone. Then the paint will cost you another $800. Its never cheap
Its never the initial cost.. My friend is doing his now, he has 1600 for the front, 350 for a mig welder, and thats still not paint. Add t othe factor the labor that he and I have done.
dont need a welder, just line up the 4 bolts from the frt bmpr support through the radiator support into the frame and ur done. I havent had a chance to weld it yet and i have not had any problems, u can buy a gallon of paint with the activator thinner and prep for 350$, my friend owned a body shop and he painted it for me for free

I don't think that would last very long, and for me, I know it's not the right way and that alone would bother me.

Agreed.
My friend and I did the conversion different than what I've seen. We switched the "T's" but did not cut the headlight bracket. Hard to explain but its done and looks great.
