CEL code 17 ????

CEL code 17 ????
I just had hooked up my ac lines and swapped from the mugen ECU back to stock, and immediately threw code 17.
I don't have my helms yet
can someone tell me what the code 17 means? VTEC won't engage at all, even
when the CEL light doesn't come on. but hey, at least the A/C works

Found out that is was a loose wire n the wiring harness near the ecu. Apparently the sped sensor wire came off, and also the power wire to the fields, (which prolly wasn't that big of a deal)
