Default c1-c5 differances?

what are the differances, if any, between the b18c1 and b18c5 bottom ends? also, is there any significant head design differance that would make one superior to the other asside from the cams and valves?

Crank, rods, pistons, bearing sizing. Head is a different casting from the GSR head.
