A/C PROBLEM
well since the install of the Moogen intake, the suction line part of the a/c was rubbing on part of the car, (unknowingly to me obviously) well its hot as hell now, so i ordered the new suction line, question is, has anyone messed with a/c lines, and how hard is it to replace? looks simple, unscrew from both ends and replace??? its the line coming from the fire wall

It is simple, the hardest thing to do is remove the battery and tray... which is easy.
I told you to send that thing here so I could get you a custom flexible a/c line f00.

For starters make sure you get your AC evacuated first before you start pulling lines off. I believe you are correct however...after that you should be able to un-bolt them and replace. You may need some sort of thread sealer on them however. Anyone have better advice?

My guess is that if it rubbed through and presently doesn't "work", that it's essentially already "evacuated".
