Hey my buddy is looking for a Type R and he went to E-Bay and saw this (# 1814609123) if you guys could go here and tell me some of the imperfections you guys saw. I Dont think its a real R.

The seller replied to me, and included a bunch of other email addresses on the reply. He states that this is a real type r and he did some modifications himself. He gave me the VIN number and assures me it's legitimate. He is either very confused or a ciminal.

 

Well, if anybody could tell a fake, it's the people on this MB.

 

I think the concensus is that this is a theft recovery, put back together with non-R parts. So, it a way, it *is* a Type R, just not complete
