Icon2 Approximate value on this?

Brand new from Honda - B18C5 USDM Type R - 0 Miles "complete bottom end" . Please view the pics and let me know an approximate value. I am looking at purchasing this off of someone that got the whole engine through his brother who worked at Honda, but then abandoned the project and sold the head. I will be buying all that is pictured, I just don't want to be ripped off. Thanks

as the above ebay link shows. that's what retail is. if you can get it for $2000 i'd say you did pretty well. a brand new cylinder head with cams runs $1500. that would give you a brand new in the box 18c5 long block for $3500. not at all a bad deal.
