Default Alignment question?

Today I decided to put my 17in rims on, and long behold I look at my stock 15in tires Bridgestone RE010 and both the inside rear tire has no tire tread! I Know I had my car align about 6 to 7 months ago w/ my 17in rims and when it got to winter I had to put my OEM tires back on! The R seems to drive fine, everyday, until today I look at it and the inside tire of the rear inside tire was bald! My question is, was the alignment done wrong 6 to 7 month ago to have that problem? I know the tire is was balance and w/ the right tire pressure! Or does alignment w/ different size of tire at the time make a difference? Note I have mugen low downs too when the car was align! Can anyone help? thanks in advance!

Default Re: Alignment question? (R249)

okay first and foremost the question is, "is your car lowered?" if the answer is yes, then doing an alignment doesn't prevent your inner tread from wearing first, your camber is off, when you lower a car it tilts the camber more negative, you have to buy a camber kit to prevent it, then when doing an alignment they can adjust your camber close to 0, more like -1.1 or something whatever stock is, regardless, if you car is not lowered, then take it to acura and have them check out your suspension. you can tell just buy looking at a tire if your camber is off, stand behind your rear tire and look at it, does it look like the top part of tire is sticking more in the rear fender and the bottom part of tire is angled out more? if so you will get camber wear on your tires, just buy a camber kit, like ingalls, it's about 120 for front or rears, i recommend the fronts though atleast. well hope that helps.
