just driving real nice yesterday, not beeing hard on it or anything, there is a 6 inch whole in the bottom of my transmission and parts everywhere on the road.

K now the problem, im having problems finding another trans, ive found about 20 LS trannys but no YS1's

so my question is, will the lsd in my trans work in a LS tranny?


also does anyone know of any place or person in the dallas area who may have a YS1

 

I have a YS1 tranny, I have two actually. But anyways and I know people who go to texas quite often. Maybe we can work something out

I'm not sure if i'll sell both, I think I'm going to rebuild one with a type-r gearset then build a B18A1 with a GSR head. IDK. I'll let you know later tonight or tomorrow.

 

Had a 94 gsr and the tranny did the same thing... little gears all over the road. And I put a LS tranny in it and it went fine. Dont know much about a YS1 but im pretty sure it would work.
