is it worth it???
I have a b18b in a 2000 civic coupe...I'm in Canada and because of winter I don't want to go turbo!!! I've looked into ls/vtec and I can't find a good head to put on my block ( my engine is jdm and has very low millage)
For 2400$ Canadian ( includes parts.labour, machine shop and dyno tuning)
I can have crower 403 cams + dual valve springs and Ti retainers, ARP rod and head bolts, p30 pistons to go with my stgae 2 clutchs and my I/h/e!!
Is it worth it and what number should I expect from the dyno???

If you are going through all of that why not do a mild port and polish to the head. You will see better gains then if you just built the motos as you listed. Also i believe that if you go up to the 404's and raise the compression then you will get even more HP. Do some reasearch about this as I might be mistaken
Thanks man, my compression will be raised to 11.01:1 wich would support the 404 cams but on a daily drive the idle is rough wich is why I wan the 403s! I've looked into the PP and if it's not done properly it could have a negative impact...espacialy on the i ntake port!!!
