Went to change my bulbs today and noticed the white part where it snaps into was all brown, so i apparently burnt it out somehow. I then noticed the black and red wires that go into the white thing, kinda looks like a socket...it was snipped. Is there anyway to have this repaired such as getting that new white piece and what about the wire part?

i had to clip the wire, any suggestions if i get this new part will it come with a new metal part? how do i go about getting a new wire
