Winter Preparations?
Basically I have a car that really shouldn't be used as a winter car. I have 17 inch white rims and a white wings west body kit. Idealy I would rather not use this car in the winter, but can't afford another car, so I have to prep it. What kind of precautions should I make for the winter so that the salt doesn't destroy them. The Rims I would rather not change, but if there's nothing I can do, well then I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be great. As far as my bodykit I hear that there is some kind of clear tape you put over the kit so that it protects it from the salt? I'm not sure how much it would cost or where to get it. If there's any sites you can give me/price estimates/or suggestions on what I should do please feel free to reply
I usually do like 3 coats of wax before the winter season. I'm probably gonna wax the hell out of my rims too for the heck of it. My stock wheels' front tires are shot and I'm broke. ;\

This winter is gonna suck big time.... Hopefully I'll find the right day to wax the hell out of my car.
