windshield wiper malfunction

windshield wiper malfunction
My windshield wipers only work when I have them turned on to the highest setting onm y 01 gsr. If i turn the **** to intermittent or low nothing happens. Can anyone help me out with this. I'm hoping it's and easy diy fix.
