the other day after rolling my windows up i noticed that the glass is getting scratched up pretty bad. im going to take off the door panel this weekend but b4 i do does anybody know why this could be happening? tia

 

change the insulation on the edge of the doors and if its from outside scratch
or the insulation from the door panel if from inside.

 

one of the bars could be bent and you just need to push them back
