If it was a GSR it wouldnt be an automatic.
What all does the integra have done to it?? Is your accord a Four cylinder or a V6??

What if the automatic is fully built, and the manual is bone stock?? You could always do the auto to Five Speed conversion.

My two cent is to keep the manual. Personaly stick is wayyyyy more fun and you feel in control(how I like it). Its gunna be kinda hard to trade that in. If you have secound car(which is great), sell the accord and put it together with the money you have now. Look for a teg after you got the money together. Good luck.
Don't do it I say.
Number one: As everyone else here is saying, manuals are far better than auto trannies (generally, but esp for Tegs) The auto tranny on a Teg, though no doubt sound, is bettered by the manual in throttle response, and also does a fair bit of changing between gears, thus losing some power.
Number two: I don't know much about your personal tastes, but I'd go for something 2 door - more sporty. But then again, you might not be a sporty person.
