Default Will tuning help???

I have a 94 integra ls auto with about 127000 miles on it im sure its never been dyno tuned. I dont have alot of mods yet only a cai but it dosnt seem to me that the car is running to its stock petential (no clue how to spell) so i was wondering if getting it dyno tuned or if there is something that I need to check out as far as what i can do myself like doing my own tune up. just any ideas what could be effecting my top speed and torque.
