Will my computer throw a code w/ no cat?
If there's a sensor that plugs into the cat then you will throw a code. I understood that OBD1 cars didn't have the O2 sensor on the cat. The code thrown will be, "67 - Low Catalytic Converter Efficiency."

No, the '95 is OBD-1...
I've got a '95 GS-R and the single O2 sensor is in the catalytic converter, but its UPSTREAM of the catalyst core. So its just like having it in the A-pipe. You need to get a sensor fitting welded into your test pipe, basically putting the sensor where it would have been...
The OBD-II cars had the 2nd sensor in the middle or the end of the catalyst, so it could measure the exhaust after it had already passed thru most of the catalyst.

Well put.
When I was going to get my carsound cat put in, the guy bitched a fit b/c the car sound cat didn't have a bung for it.
SO OBD1 cars DO have 1 sesnor at the front
OBD2 GSR's have 1 senor at the front and 1 senor in the middle or in the back.
