Looks like the little thingy that sticks into the side of the fuel filter bracket. My 94 has something similar and I have NO idea what it's for LOL.

 

it doesnt go into the black piece right behind it in the photo, looks like it would plug into that?

 

maybe i gotta find that bracket i ripped the car apart fall last year and its been sitting during winter since cant work on too much in the snow, and im putting it back together 6 months later and gettin a headache.

as for it goin in to whats behind it thats an electrical connector for the evap

yeah i found the bracket and put it all in, wire tucked to abs on passenger side and to cruise on driver side the cars goin millennium jade so ill post pic when shes done im shaving moldings and all and it should be pretty sweet its got black recaros too
