Any one here recomend taking off all of the front when installing a motor? Just wondering since I'll be doing it soon. Obviously it would help to do it, but im wondering if it is a necessity.

i did b/c I didn't wanna dent nor ding my fenders when working over the fender and crap. but def the hood.

 

i will be doing this soon as well, i am taking the bumper and hood off and leaving the fenders but it is turbo'd so i kinda have to take the bumper off. yea haha. good luck with the swap.

 

hey just curious, what are you dropping in your DA?

 

I just reinstalled my B16 in my DA. I just took off the hood, and I removed the radiator so I won't dent it.

 

i just installed a b16 into a DA and i didnt take anything off except the front cross member, of course i dropped the motor out of the bottom.
