Do you like Valve float? Maybe YOU do but i'll tell ya one thing, your pistons will hate it. Spend the money now or spend 4x that amount later, its your choice.

 

It really depends on what type of cams you get and if you raise the redline above stock settings.

CTR and ITR cams with stock redline are fine. Toda B's, and so on are recommended to run with an upgraded valvetrain.
