Default Wheel Hub Rust

I recently got a clean set of blades for my DC4.

The only thing that is now bothering me is that i got a cherry rim but rusted wheel hubs (All Four). What can I do to get rid of this rust? Taking it to a shop is not an option.

Thanks for all input.

Here are some pics of the rust.

What kind of paint would be advisable? Or a type of paint that wont rust?

get some centric premium rotors, they come coated. and that is not a hub, that is a rotor hat.

They make high-temp paint designed for brake parts, but any paint would probably work. But as kyden says those are your rotors -- replacing them would get rid of the rust.
