I just got I/H/E and a pulley kit for my 98 gs-r. What should I go with next to add some more power? I need speed with out forced induction. gouger32@sover.net

 

After I/H/E, to get some really good power while staying N/A takes a lot of money and work. I'm pretty much at the same step as you. If you don't already have suspension tuning, that's a good thing that will make driving your car more fun. If you're going for more engine parts, there is a large number of things to do next. You could raise compression, get a new intake manifold, get more aggressive cams and gears, it depends on what you have money for and what you want to do. Headwork (i.e. port polish) could be one thing. I'd say the thing that will add a lot of horsepower for you would be getting more aggressive cams, gears, and tuning them. Get a vtec controller along with that.
