whats missing

can anyone tell me if there is anything or what is missing in the pic? its like a screw hole or something

No there is nothing missing there....it could be used as a ground, if u have a ground kit such as like the spoon one.

I think it could also be used when cherry picking the motor out.

oh ok, i wasnt sure, i saw some kinda fluid in that area and im missing quite a bit of coolent in my radiator so i wasnt sure if that could be the problem.
