What is this part for?
I'm switching from the AEM intake to the Comptech Ice Box. I got a stock arm for free that I'm going to paint in heat resistant paint then wrap with a thermal intake wrap.

That looks like an ITR intake arm, and #15 probably does the same thing as #14 on the GS-R intake arm. I removed the #14 piece and plugged the hole w/ a Mobil1 quart oil cap (perfect fit). I stuck the cap in the hole w/ the top of the cap facing inward and made it flush with the tube's inner surface. Then I just tightened the clamp around it.
