Mine does that too. The helms manual calls it the "splash guard" but i think i'm just gonna cut it off.

I doubt they are easy to find, cuz they're usually attached to the bumper when you buy them used.

mine also was falling off, so i dremeled just the part that was hanging down and it looks better... this way I can still have a "splash gaurd" but not hafta see it hanging down
