What the hell?
Okay I was driving home this morning and as I was turning I downshifted from 4th to 3rd, when I let off the clutch and gave it some gas it felt like I was hitting a govener. I looked down at the gauge cluster and the RPM's had dropped back to 900 and the CEL came on. So I pulled it out and put it in 2nd and it picked back up and the CEL went off. It didn't do it again for the rest of the way home (about 5 miles.) What the hell caused this? It has never done anything like this before and is running like a champ. Any input would be great.

Maybe when you pushed the clutch in, it just stalled. Do you have a real light flywheel? Just curious.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I know my alternator is a little low on amps but when I had it tested they said it's fine and should last a while. As for the flywheel I am no clue I have had the car since September of '05 and have not yet changed the clutch, but I do know that it is not the stock clutch, it's a lot heavier than my friends integra which is bone stock.
