i am going away to college in a couple of weeks so i am wondering what do i need to do to my integra since she is gonna be sitting for a long time without being turned on

yes please, do us all a favor and put it in your garage. And if you don't have one find a friend (that you trust) that does!

 

put it in the garage...if you dont want anyone driving it, pull out the ecu..and put it in a safe place that you'll remember where to get it when you want to drive it, unplug the battery if you have an alarm....your alarm will act up if you leave it sitting for a long time. When do you finally get back to driving it, make sure you warm up the motor!

 

make sure to have someone to start the car up once in a while. leave it too long and the batt will die on u.

 

how long is it gonna be stored exactly?

 

Have a family member or a friend start it up once a week or so. Like everyone else said, keep it garaged or it's going to get jacked. The week that I moved into my dorm room, my car (which was parked outside the house) was broken into.

 

yeah its def gonna be kept in my garage, do u think i should get the oil changed too
