Default What causes code 20?

Here is the problem, I am getting codes 14, 20, and 23. I know that the Knock sensor is bad. I thought that the Fast Idle valve (as in Electronic Air Controller) was okay because after I adjusted it the car idled normally (it was bouncing) what else could be wrong? I can't get these damn codes to go away.
EDIT: Here is the info that I should have provided.
What's on the car:
Filter on a stick, OBD1 GSR ECU, Magnecore wires, B16 head, mild PnP, ITR cams, inline4 inner valve springs, aluminum retainers, fuel pressure reg, B16 Pistons, Total Seal Rings, ITR oil pump, GSR water pump, DC sports 4-2-1 header, custom 2" exhaust.

Other than the CEL there are no major problems, the engine bounces a little at low throttle angles, but I think that I need to adjust the TPS. VTEC works fine, motor idles pretty smooth at 750 RPM.

Code 20 is the Elctrical Load Detector (ELD) that detects amps load on the
electrical circuits. You should check this by checking the voltage. Your '93 teg (I think you have) have specific volts that it needs to be running at when the ignition is on. Checks on the voltage specs that your cars needs to be at.

If it's fugged up, then you need to replace the main fuse box under the hood.

You can go to c-speedracing.com for a listing of all the CEL codes and descriptions, under Q&A
