Default Weird idle problem?

I have a B20 in my 97 integra.. LS computer and bolt on mods... Its basically an ls integra...

Its been running fine for months but recently it has been idling irratically... it goes from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm when im at a stop and it spits no codes???

I cant seem to find a vaccuum leak either, any thoughts?

Do you know if the cams and timing belt are timed right? Have you checked your fuel filter? Spark plugs? iono what could cause it

IACV...Idle Air Control Valve...Sometimes the plunger within this device, located on the back top part of your intake manifold, will get stuck causing the car to idle erratically. It is possible to take this valve off and clean it with air intake cleaner/ carb cleaner, etc. If you search on H-T you will find quite a few posts explaining this procedure. Good luck!

search for the Fast Idle Thermal Valve (FITV) too. that might be causing a problem

Exactly right...

I unscrewed it, sprayed it down with carb cleaner and damn.. the screen was diirrrrty as hell!!

I wiped off the screen and let the carb cleaner drain out.. and that was it... idle problem was fixed

Thanks
