did you check for codes yet?
it's a 2000. i wouldn't be surprised if at least one was tripped.
if none are present, you can try installing a fuel pressure gauge and driving it with the gauge in visible spot. see what happens to fuel pressure when it bogs. at least this way you can get an idea of what's going on rather than changing parts futily

just try checking the codes. it takes a fraction of the effort of changing those parts and doesn't cost anything. it will also point you in the direction to solving your problem. utilize the system that was put in place for this very reason
i'm not from the states, but i think autozone does free scans.
or else pull the passenger kick panel cover. locate the 2 wire connector. jump it with a paperclip. turn the key to the II position. the cel will flash in correspondence with the code(s)

yessss i finnaly figured it out it seems that the intake cam jumped a tooth when i was adjusting the tensioner realigned and its running like a champ
