Very minmal weight difference. Why do you need to know before you buy springs?

i need to know because one of my friends said that my car was heavier and that the springs would settle down even farther and i dont want that to happen. but i hope it should not effect it.

the aftermarket springs for the 94-01 integras are all the same. like stated above, the weight differences are very small.
