I have an '01 GSR with 17" Motegi MR8s. I want to lower it to get rid of the wheel gap and improve handling. I am not looking for alot of drop. I like the H&R OE springs(0.75"/0.75") but it needs to drop more in the front than in the back. I would like adjustable coil overs but I can't spend to much $$$. I searched around and found that the dropzones are cheap but crap. Most other coil overs are too expensive. I would like to hear opinions about Ground Controls and any springs that might be my best option. Currently I am planning on getting H&R sport springs(1.75"/1.5") but I am worried that if I later added an ITR lip that I would be to low. I am open to opinions so tell me what you think. neuspeed race springs... ull get the front lower than the back

 

My friend has the HR sport springs on his ITR. (wich has an itr lip ) He doesn't bottom out.

Just need to be careful where you drive.

i think the lip on hr sports looks soo hard. thats what i'm gonna do before christmas

Dunno if this applies to you or not, but if you have a sedan the rear will be a little lower than the front.

 

Mine is a two door, but it does sit lower in the back with the stock suspension.
