Just get the OEM...as for the belt tensioner, it's up to you. If the other belts are as old as your timing belt, just change them all while at it to save time & $.

say what? I couldn't follow that at all. I got an OEM Honda water pump for mine, it was made in Japan. Does that make it JDM?
I'm pretty sure all Integras world-wide use the same water pump, and I've never seen an aftermarket one, except just regular OEM-replacements.

What specifically are you doing to the Cam gears, they shouldn't need to be replaced. You might want to order a set of seals for the cam gears in the event that they need to be replaced but no need to replace the gears - they're expensive.
Other things to change while you're at it include all of the accessory belts and your radiator hoses if they need it since you'll be draining the coolant anyway. Also, you could get a valve cover gasket set and swap those out while you've got the cover off. Get some hondabond sealant to coat the gaskets prior to installing them.
I didn't replace my tensioner when I did mine but many suggest doing it at the same time. Worst thing that can happen with that is a bearing goes out and I have to replace it later but I've heard some techs say that they've never seen one go bad.

I didn't replace either my water pump or tensioner at 90K miles, but I did change them both last weekend at 180K. The old ones still seemed fine, though.
I also replaced my cam seals, and those WERE nasty.

i just did my timing belt/water pump about 3 weeks ago when i installed my cams. i didnt replace the tensioner. also didnt use new valve cover gaskets or cam seals. the valve cover gasket was i ngood shape and they dont usually go bad. the cam seals were also in good condition. i just applied a seal of honda bond around them to ensure they seal up everything. No leaks in the motor so everything is hold n up pretty good.
and u dont need to replace the cam gear, unless ur get n adjustable ones. and there not that expensive too. i just threw mine away when i installed a set of SKUNK2 gears. u can proably get it on ebay for like 10 bucks a set used. but once again no need to replace the cam gears

I'm pretty sure the cam seals are not supposed to have hondabond or anything else applied to them, neither are the spark plug tube seals.
The valve cover gasket is supposed to have Hondabond only on the corners where they go up and over the cam caps.
