gsr water pump is better than the ls one
but if use the gsr or itr water pump you have to use the gsr or itr timing belt too
i'm useing the itr timingbelt and water pump in my lsvtec

Wrong.
It all depends on the application. The LS gear has 19 teeth compared to the GSR/vtec gear which has 22 teeth. If you are going to be revving high (ie 8,000 rpm) on a regular basis, use the gsr pump. If not, stick with the LS. The gsr pump has a lower flow rate because of the extra 3 teeth on the gear, and will therefore flow coolant through your motor at a slower rate, and theoretically will increase cooling capacity (coolant has more time to pick up the heat generated by your motor).

HTH.
