Default Wanting to remove AC and PS

So I have done alot of research and I def think im going to remove my ps belt this weekend for right now. But im not sure about moving my AC yet because I have a stupid q's. If you remove your AC does that mean you wont have a vent/heater anymore. Or does it just mean you cant blow out the cold ac anymore. Also I have read that if you remove juts your ps belt you could run into problems down the line. Anyone know where you can buy a kit to remove the ps completely. thanks a bunch

Hmm, i dont know how it is in cali, im sure its worse coz they are crazy, but i know in texas you cant get a car to pass any inspection without power steering if it was manufactured with power steering..

and as far as the A/C im pretty sure you'll still have vent and heater, just no cold air.

if u take off the a/c...be careful. there's a lot of pressurized air. i'll blow hard! i recommend a shop do it the right way. my friend at tech school said that if u release the mixture in the a/c lines into the atomsphere, you're killing the earth 10 years. and if you breathe it in, that's 10 years on you too! LOL!

my a/c is out because of the turbo, but the lines are still there. lol i'm running a half size radiator now. and about the p/s...search cause there was a thread about why NOT to do it. but it's totally up to you. remember to take out all components of the p/s though.

Well, thats about 50years off my life then. Just vent the freon, or w/e out ... **** the earth. Then just cut your PS belt, loosen the lines, go for a drive, letting all the fluid drain out. Thats what I did.

yeah you'll still have hot air cuz the A/c and heat are seperate. if you want yer a/c off it will save power and weight and isnt hard to do at all.
