ok so i rewired vtec to a FACTORY HONDA WIRING DIAGRAM of a 93 GSR and im STILL throwing VTEC Solenoid Valve (code 21) and VTEC Oil Pressure Switch (code 22) codee list is located here -- http://www.phearable.net/tech/....html

MY CAR IS OBD1

also i noticed that the date stamped on the head of my motor is 91 so its out of a 88-91 civic/crx JDM and that is OBD0 and my ecu is out of a 93 civic and thats obd1.... could that be a problem?

if the ecu is the problem which i think it is... which ECU would be better the...

JDM VTEC solenoids typically do not have the VTEC Oil pressure switch. That could be your problem if you have a USDM ECU that is looking for that switch.
