Yes. There's only ONE thing that makes VTEC not work, so this question is possible to answer. [/sarcasm]
Is there a check engine light on? What makes you think VTEC doesn't work? What RPM are you looking for VTEC? VTEC is at 4400RPM and you likely wont hear or feel it on a stock GSR.
Is the car warmed up when you try this? Does the speedo work? Is there enough oil in the engine?
If you're looking for VTEC at 5700RPM, that's the butterflies....not VTEC. Your diaphragm vacuum line may be unplugged.

No it always hit at 4400, has oil, check engine light has been on for o2 sensor so I don't know if it's throwing any other codes I'll check on that. It's just not hitting at all.

Get the CEL codes and go from there. There are 65,000,000 reasons (almost one for each year the dinosaurs have been dead) that VTEC won't kick in, y0.
