Default vtec hate mode

vtec does not kick in on its own. have to use toggle switch. any ideas to help me out and get it runnin right.

get the right comp and make sure your rev is set on the ecu also check all your wires r the vtec like presher swich and switch o2 sensor ect and also check your oil presure

its on the switch cuz i dont kick in. on the switch it does. but to be a smart a$$ like some its my ghetto vtec controller. i sell it for 50cent.

yeah, the guys asks how to wire a switch for vtec and u guys try to ravage his *******.
what if u hooked up a switch to the wire that people use to make vtec indicator lights?

he didn't ask how to wire a switch, but to Fix the problem,
as to not needing the switch.

& to the OP, like I said, Do you have Right ecu or not?

I'm thinking he fails to have the right ECU for his applications.

Otherwise, he doesn't know whats going on, and hasn't througly checked out his car to find the multitude of possible problems.

sound like ecu,friend of mine had a same problem when he swaped H22 in to accord and blowned ecu afteword,so he got a difrent ecu none vtec so he putit on switch

Did you check your vtec fluid????? its one part octane booster, one part purifed water and one part oem honda vtec mix....
